We’ve now got thirteen Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs) throughout the UK and Ireland. They all focus on getting great quality products to our stores. But it’s a huge task, which is why every RDC is split into four key areas: Transport, Warehouse, Maintenance and Quality Control.
So just how do we keep things running so smoothly? With a lot of trust and support. Everyone is respected and listened to, and they know exactly what’s expected of them. So while people join for the hard-working team spirit and Aldi culture, they stay for much more.
Everyone in our Distribution Centres helps to deliver the right goods, at the right time to our huge network of stores. Take a peek inside our Swindon Distribution Centre to find our how we keep things running smoothly.
We think working in Warehouse and Transport is really exciting. But don’t just take it from us. Find out a little more about why some of our colleagues joined, and, more importantly, why they stayed.
There’s so much more to Warehouse and Transport than you first think. It’s such an interesting, fast-paced and challenging area to work in. And while we work to tight deadlines, we never compromise on quality. That’s why we’re looking for people who love solving problems and pull together when things get tough. For certain roles there are a few more specific requirements, but if you’ve got the Aldi attitude, you’re off to a great start.
You’ve seen how our warehouses work and you’ve seen the kind of people who make it possible. There’s nothing quite like it. If it sounds right for you, we’d love to meet you.
