HR Manager

In this fascinating role, you'll lead a team to deliver key, transformational projects that boost the quality of our Recruitment, Training,  Health & Safety, Employee Engagement and HR processes across the business. 

The HR team researches, designs and implements cost effective, efficient tools and processes to support each stage of the employee lifecycle. It's how we achieve consistency, optimise employee retention and continue to be seen as an employer of choice. Full of initiative, you'll lead projects and engage with suppliers and external partners across the business.

Hours and benefits

You’ll work a 5-day, 45-hour week, from Monday – Friday. When you start, you’ll receive a fully expensed VW Electric Car, a company pension, and company maternity, paternity and adoption leave after 2 years. After 6 months, you’ll receive private employee medical insurance.

Workday Functional Lead

As a Workday Functional Lead you will translate business and technical requirements and then design, configure and deploy the most efficient and effective processes and solutions to resolve complex problems and projects.

With your in depth knowledge of Workday configuration, business processes and the integrated HR landscape, you are the technical expert responsible for ensuring that ALDI extracts the most value out of the Workday ecosystem and supporting senior management and the HR team to deliver key transformational projects. Consequently, the work you do undoubtedly has a big impact on the quality of our Recruitment, Training, Employee Engagement and HR processes across the business.

HR Senior Analyst

As an HR Senior Analyst, you don’t need to be a technical wizard as such – but you do have to be passionate about how IT solutions can help support the business.

HR Team Leader

In this dynamic and varied role, you will join a department which researches, designs and implements cost effective and efficient tools and processes to support each stage of the employee lifecycle. This is a fast paced and challenging role that provides support to the HR Manager. Managing the HR Recruitment team, you’ll be relied on to ensure an efficient and co-operative working environment where everyone’s performing to the best of their ability.

Reporting directly into the HR Manager you will have responsibility for the HR Recruitment team, reporting analysis and management for all Recruitment data. You'll support the HR Manager with project work and support stakeholders throughout the Recruitment process and create reports and research documents when requested.

As an HR Technical Analyst you will bring your experience of HR IT systems and people analytics to deep dive into the configuration and design of our HR IT landscape.

Technically skilled and analytical, you will have an in depth knowledge of the configuration of our systems, with a high level of responsibility to support senior management and the HR team to deliver key transformational projects. Consequently, the work you do undoubtedly has a big impact on the quality of our Recruitment, Training, Employee Engagement and HR processes across the business.

As a Workday Tester you will robustly test the system end to end and provide insight into the processes that have been designed, helping us to confirm they are fit for purpose and enabling new functionality to be released with agility.

In this busy, varied role, you'll help to research, design and implement cost effective, efficient tools and processes to support each stage of the employee lifecycle.

The HR team has opportunities within Recruitment, Training, Health & Safety, Employee Engagement and HR Administration. And we're looking for people with both experience and passion in any of these areas to join us.
